Brake system

James Ken • 15 November 2019

Hi guys

So I am from Japan and I used to drive an manual transmission. After every 40,000 km, I had to change the gear oil.

For an automatic, do we need to do that?

Yes you do!

For most manual cars you need to change it after 40-60,000 km of use. However for automatic cars, it's usually somewhere between 60-100,000 km, depending on the car.

So it will be easier as it lasts longer in an automatic transmission.

  • The real problem is the vacuum leak. For a break to work properly there needs to be vacuum pressure.

Once, it is fixed, the hard brake pedal should solve by itself.
